This document, when completed, will explain what the different parts of
scenery means, and how to understand the way the documents are formatted.


\ production types

demo      - a demonstration of any type or size.
intro     - an intro, smaller and shorter than a demo.
diskmag   - a magazine on a disk that loads during execution.
filemag   - a magazine on a disk where everything is contained in a single
            file.
musicdisk - music collection that loads during execution.
musicfile - music collection where everything is contained in a single file.
slideshow - graphics slideshow.


\ functions

code      - coder, the person doing the programming.
crack     - cracker, a person who cracks the software protections of games.
gfx       - graphics, a person doing graphic design and art.
music     - music composer, person creating music and other audio.
org       - organiser, person organising the group.
paperart  - paper artists, typically creating diskcovers
siteop    - site operator, typically a person running an internet ftp site.
swap      - a swapper, someone who trades software through the post system.
sysop     - system operator, a person running a bulletin board system (bbs
            or 'board').
webmaster - a person responsible for a group's web presence.


\ people-related stuff

also in [group] - means this person is also a member of the specified group.
new [date]      - indicates the month when the person in question joined a
                  group.
ex [group]      - indicates a person's previous group.
aka [name]      - also known as, indicates a second used alias.


dates, in people's entries, when not coupled with a 'new', indicates dates
that they were confirmed to have been members of a said group.


A typical person's entry will read like the following:

???> Handle (Real Name, function, previous/alternative group memberships,
     confirmed member dates).
