If you have a problem it would be better to mail me directly, or at least leave your mail address so we can contact you. The pinball dreams tunes are not corrupted. Most probably you are using Deliplayer which recognises some of them as MPEG Audio. Disable the MPEG Audio player and the problem is gone. Or better still, use an Amiga to play them :) There will be a forum online soon to handle bug reports and problems.

>>> CAN ANYONE HELP? <<< DOES ANYONE REMEMBER MANY MANY YEARS AGO WHEN ONE OF THE SINCLAIR SPECTRUM MAGAZINES GAVE AWAY A TAPE OF "ARCADE" MUSIC TO SUPPOSEDLY ENHANCE YOUR SPECCY GAMING EXPERIENCE? WELL PRETTY MUCH ALL THE MUSIC ON THIS TAPE WAS RECORDED FROM AN AMIGA! I'VE STILL GOT THE TAPE IN QUESTION, BUT IT'S A MINGING OLD 3RD GENERATION COPY! THERE WAS ONE PARTICULAR TUNE ON THERE WHICH I REALLY LIKED BUT CAN'T FOR THE LIFE OF ME REMEMBER WHICH GAME IT ORIGINALLY CAME FROM. DOES ANYONE STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL TRACK LISTING? I REALLY WANT THAT CHOON!!! PLEASE EMAIL ME A.S.A.P IF YOU CAN BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER! THANKS!

Oh my god! I can't believe I've never come across this site before! Absolute pure class! I was also one of the original "old-skool" Amigans from back in the day (first used a mate's back in '89 then finally got my own at Xmas '91!). Almost brings a tear to my eye now thinking back to those times! One small thing though... Is there a program available for Windoze which supports .lha files so that I dont have to keep swapping between computers (yes I've still got a trusty old A1200 alongside the PC!) and can use Deliplayer to listen to the choonz? P.S. If any like-minded people would like to get in touch with me you're more than welcome to email me anytime!

gaffaw. This is a site dedicated to the amiga, which as you're clearly unaware, isn't a PC. The most popular form of achiving on the amiga was/is .lha (like .zip) and the amiga since its inception was never limited to 8.3 filenames. In case you don't know, therre are other other operating systems in existence, and this is a site dedicated to one of them. Might I suggest you try WinUAE???

Ace site. Couldnt beleive there was even one other person that liked music on the Amiga the same as i did all those years ago (Amiga 500 original owner here!!) I have downloaded heaps of stuff that i have on tape but to hear them now through a PC with DTT speakers was a nostalgic treat. Do you do demo tunes too? I remeber names like SCOOPEX, LSD, RED SECTOR and how the mega demos etc used to entertain. I still have those tapes spanning about 4 years worth of music i collected. I shall definately return to this site.

I was amzed when I saw the list of misci titles ! The I downloaded some of them, unpacked them and try to read... And then come the big problems. I took the latest version of Deliplayer full version but I absolutely cannot read bp, sa or dw files (and yes, I added the extension at the end of the files names before trying to read them). I habe a message saying : [name of the file] was not found (or is read locked). PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, help me to read those files. It's so frustrating to have them on my disk and not being able to listen to them ! Thanks in advance !

Many of the othe sites which I visited at the time are now dead and buried, but your is not....good work. I have about a 50 year plan for this site :) not to mention around 500 gallery images to be added, and some 100 megs of audio files (not including any for the unexotica area) We started ExoticA 4 years ago this month, and we are going nowhere! It makes me very happy reading the comments from users, and i hope you continue to enjoy the archives during the coming months and years. All the best.

HELP! I love the nostalgia. I'm crying here. But my fav music, LEMMINGS, is giving me problems. How do you play custom music using deliplayer? It won't open the files for me. I'm an idiot i know. Not much of a Hacker, but I love the music. HELP!!! I need to hear this music...

Cool stuff. Been very nostalgic lately. Can't believe the Newsflash CD's are still knocking about (I put them together with Ron Fonteine!) Oh and we did a few Amiga games too.. (Alien Breed.. etc) ;-)

I think this place is cool. However although there is access to lots there is one thing missing -- all the music from stardust 1 (I only have one song and the music from SD1 is cooler than that of SD2. ;) The scans section is also cool altough I don't see why you're being so protective of copyism unless people are wrongfully claiming the copyright -- they should at least credit you, then they'll be like a "mirror". I have a big collection of mods that I've collected over many years but I wish there was a place where exotica, scene.org, modarchive, trax in space etc. would melt together into one huge ftp-accessible thing! (with pseudodrawers for style, year etc.) Anyway good work.

Cool and Fab! Jools' mummy told me to look at it. I went to school with her when we were both eleven ! No idea what all this Amiga stuffs about - but it's very bright and pretty and makes an old hippy like me very excited ! Roger

First I must say very nice site with a lot of tunes!! I download over 500 tunes from Exotica THANX!!Hay folks I would ask you for a little help!! I love Amiga game music and I want to learn more about game ripping!! Is maybe here someone know more about this!! I have at home over 500 Amiga games and if I learn something more about music ripping I can send you some rip tunes!! I use Jack the ripper and Exotic ripper but I can only rip Crack tunes from demos in Amiga games!! For example I try to rip music from Yo! Joe! game!! Ripper found Protracker module Wizardry and some Silents tracker modules!! But I can play back just Protracker module!! I try to convert Silents tracker modules using Perverter, they crash sometimes but when this converter finnaly conver into protracker module i can´t play it with Deli or Eagle player!! Which ripper and Converter is the best for Ripping music from amiga games!! I don´t know what I do wrong!! For emulation I use UAE+Amiga in a box+workbench!! Please send me some informations or links about music ripping on my E-mail: pero_fotar@hotmail.com Thanx...Bye Pero-Fotar

My friends, your love for Amiga is very big! I had my first Amiga (A500) in 1991 and in 1995 I tried the A1200. Now I have a PC, but I love the Amiga, my first computer, the mother of all computers. Nick.

I can't thank you enough for providing your somewhat extensive tracker-mod archive. I lost a considerable proportion of my synthetic tracker-mod collection a few years ago, most of which i'd lovingly ripped from various demos/intros from 1990-1994 .. Thanx to your site i've been reunited with many of them.. I owe you one.. :)

Your Scenery Edition is very impressive and well done, congratulations. After having left the scene for approximately 9 years now, I was searching some information on the old Amiga scene for the first time. I was very pleased to access to such a DETAILED information, and to conclude that thanks to your work the Amiga scene history is "archived" somewhere... Thank You.

Nice site... found it while searching on Yahoo for SID musics from the old ABYSS demos "Hardrock" and "Raster Blaster". I see this site is for Amiga and not C64...but it's nice to visit anyway. :)

Having checked out the Amiga nostalgia page I just thought I'd add that the music for Omnicron Conspiracy was created by a guy named Tony Stoddart from Birmingham, UK. I know because I was the Games tester in Coventry who drove Julian mad with all the bugs I found, worst job of my life - I didn't even know it was ever actually released!!!!
