Info.txt | 529 | atmos.readme This is a Medley Sound module written for a never finished game. Estimated creation date: 1990. In case you think this one sounds familiar: the background pattern is taken from the imploder 4 music (or the other way round, don't remember). Module song contents: 1. atmos1 - the main song 2. atm.b - a shortcut to the second part of the song Usage: Run "msplay atmos.mso". Then enter "s1" to start the main song. You may want to toggle the filter with "f". Enjoy! Paul van der Valk 18-apr-1998

birdfx.mso | 6652 | Paul Van Der Valk | N/A | (Made for unfinished game) | 1990 |
Info.txt | 1385 | birdfx.readme This is a Medley Sound module written for a never finished game. It contains two forest and one cricket background 'song', and a number of spell 'jingles'. I personally like this module a lot. For under 7000 bytes you get a load of bird sound effects, combined into two random playing 'forest songs'. In additon there is a handfull of spell effects, each with a different set of instruments. *all* sounds are synthesized, the largest sample is a repetitive waveform of 32, perhaps 64 bytes. This release is dedicated to Tim Blake, Steve Hillage, Roger Powell and Floyd, who have done great things with analogue synths :^) Module song contents: 2. Some Birds 3. More Birds 21. Crickets Jingles (basicly short songs, that can be used with the 'j' command): 1. Jingle 1 4. Jingle 2 5. Jingle 3 6. Jingle 4 7. Jingle 5 8. Jingle 6 9. Jingle 7 10. Jingle 8 11-20: solo birds Usage: Run "msplay birdfx.mso". Enter "s2" or "s3" to start a random forest 'song'. The two differ in intensity (frequency of triggered birds). The effects are rather soft, you may want to increase the volume. As an alternative to the forest you can enter "s21" to lay down a cricket background. You can now interrupt the forest with a 'spell' (enter "j1", "j4", "j5" etc.) or a 'near bird' ("j11", "j12" .. "j20"). Enjoy! Paul van der Valk 30-may-1998

Info.txt | 558 | combat.readme This is a Medley Sound module written for a never finished game. Estimated creation date: 1990. This music is to backup the game combat mode. Themeless. Only 3 channels, leaving one free for sound effects. I still like the sharp impulsive part (subsong #4) on a high volume level :) Module song contents: 1-6 these are sub parts of the main song. 7 this is the main song. Usage: Run "msplay combat.mso". Then enter "s7" to start the main song. You may want to toggle the filter with "f". Enjoy! Paul van der Valk 18-apr-1998
